These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our landscaping services and our online service request system. By submitting a service request or communicating with us via SMS, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide residential lawn care and landscaping services, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, leaf removal, and other services as agreed upon. Service availability is subject to weather conditions, scheduling capacity, and our service area.
2. Service Requests
Submitting a service request through our website or via SMS does not guarantee scheduling. We will contact you to confirm availability and scheduling. All appointments are subject to our availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from us.
3. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated and manually sent text messages from us for the purposes of:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service scheduling updates and rescheduling notifications
- Service completion notifications
- Responses to your SMS inquiries
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any scheduled services.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is estimated at the time of booking based on the service type and property information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions observed at your property. We will communicate any significant price changes before performing the service. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service confirmation.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us via SMS or through our website. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Property Access and Condition
By scheduling a service, you grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon service. You are responsible for ensuring the service area is accessible and free of obstacles, pets, or hazards. We are not liable for damage to items left in service areas.
7. Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will work to address your concerns.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
